- AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calling
- SMS-based lead engagement and follow-up
- Social media automation
All services are customized per client and require an onboarding process.
2. SMS Terms (A2P 10DLC)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Dacite, the following terms apply:
- Program: Dacite Data AI Assistant
- Description: Automated text messaging for lead qualification, follow-up, and appointment scheduling.
- Message Frequency: Varies per conversation; typically 1–5 messages.
- Message & Data Rates: Standard messaging rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe instantly.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly.
3. Consent to Communications
By providing your phone number on our website or through our AI agents, you expressly consent to receive:
- SMS/text messages
- AI-generated voice calls
- Email communications
You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at dacitedata@gmail.com or by using the opt-out methods above.
4. No Spam Commitment
We do not send unsolicited bulk messages. Every communication is tied to a specific inquiry, demo request, or ongoing service relationship. We maintain strict opt-out compliance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dacite Data Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Twilio, Bland AI, Calendly, and others. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies.
